Pepys Library At Magdalene College, Cambridge Magdalene College
The Pepys Library at Magdalene College, Cambridge contains three thousand books donated to Magdalene by Samuel Pepys in 1703. The six volumes of his famous Diary, coded in shorthand and Latin are kept here. The library is in the second courtyard and is open to visitors, for up to two hours a day.
Opening Times: Monday to Saturday.
18th January to 19th March 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
23rd April - 31st August , 11.30am - 12.30pm and 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
Parties of ten or more by appointment only.
