The Heart of England Way
The Heart of England Way is a signed walk that runs for one hundred miles from Chipping Campden in the Cotswolds to Rugeley, north of Birmingham. It crosses the West Midlands, taking in Lichfield, Kingsbury Water Park, the wooded landscapes of the Forest of Arden, Avon Valley, Vale of Evesham, Chipping Campden and Bourton-On-The-Water. The connecting Arden Way is a twenty six mile circular walk exploring the countryside around the Forest of Arden.
The Forest of Arden is the landscape in which Shakespeare set his play As You Like It.
