Cwmdonkin Drive, in the Uplands area of Swansea is the birthplace of Dylan Thomas. The Dylan Thomas Centre in Somerset Place, Swansea, celebrates the city's famous poet. The centre has an exhibition dedicated to Dylan Thomas, and a shop selling items related to his life and work. There is a restaurant, bookshop and facilities for functions and conferences. The annual Dylan Thomas Festival takes place here during October and November.
Opening Times: The centre is open 10am - 4.30pm daily, closed over the Christmas period.
